With winter barely showing its face so far we can almost smell spring! At Good Wheels we are always working to improve our customer service, buildings, and your general experience every time you walk through our doors. This coming spring is no different, our Calcutta, Ohio location will be unveiling a new customer waiting area complete with coffee station with available snacks (profits go to our Relay for Life campaign), 42″ flat screen TV, and a seating area. Ellwood went through a major renovation last summer and the finishing touches will be added this spring mostly to the outside of the buildings.
Even though we are changing the way we look we are not changing our ways! We will still work hard to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and we will continue to improve using your feedback so please feel free to let us know what you are thinking or provide us with an idea you may have.
