Winter is fast approaching, and although we’ve been lucky so far this weather won’t last long. Here are a few helpful tips on how to prepare your car, truck, suv, or van for cold, ice, snow, and blustery weather.
-Get an oil change
-Make sure coolant/anti-freeze levels are good
-If needed replace your air filter
-Make sure wiper blades are good enough to remove snow and ice
-Always make sure your tire pressures are good
-Get your battery tested, if it fails test then replace it
-Keep your ice scraper close
-It wouldn’t hurt to have an emergency kit in your vehicle as well. Your kit should contain flashlight, batteries, water, a small shovel, a blanket, and road flares.
