We had a car totaled (RIP our 1997 Cavalier) and were told to go to Good Wheels. We are now the proud owners of a 2003 Chevy Impala that we never thought we would get. They work with you 100%! We will definitely be telling people to go to Good Wheels and when this car is paid off we will definitely be getting another one from here!

This is only my second time buying a vehicle from a car dealer but let me say that this was far better than the first! Everyone was helpful from the moment we stepped through the door. Grace is an excellent sales consultant and explained everything we needed to know. We were not really expecting to receive a phone call saying that we had been approved for the loan because our credit is not perfect and we have had financial problems in the past.We are so Thankful that they did call us. They were able to get us into a vehicle that we could afford and that was the right fit for our family. Darin Sharek the sales rep we had was great. He explained on the phone what we would need to bring with us when we came to look at a vehicle. We got there at 4pm and by 6pm we were driving home in our new 2000 Blazer. Just the feeling that someone is willing to give a helping hand is wonderful. He did not push us to look at a certain vehicle,he asked what kind we had in mind and showed us the vehicles we asked to look at. He helped us look at a few SUVS and compare there trunk areas,as we take care of our elderly grandmother and need the room for her wheel chair and oxygen tanks.
Denise Blue, was wonderful and very efficient in getting all the paper work signed and in order for us to drive home in our New vehicle. They were willing to work with us on our payment plan and on a reasonable down payment option for the vehicle we wanted. Its a hour and a half drive from where we live to Ellwood city and when we found out that we would have to make another trip back up next week to get the A/C fixed,we asked about taking it to a local mechanic and they were more then happy to let us take it to a local garage. If I had to do it again,I would definitely go back to Good Wheels for another vehicle.

We always were treated good and always welcomed when we came in, even just to check out vans or trucks, and they worked with us on our payment plan. I always tell our friends about Good Wheels and their good deals. We have just bought a 2007 Dodge van, and traded in our 2003 van. We could not have asked for a better experience. We entered not exactly knowing what we wanted but quickly decided. After our decision, everything went so fast! We got an affordable payment plan, reliable vehicle and were treated like best friends! There was an issue with the vehicle the day after we purchased but Good Wheels handled it immediately and car was back in our possession the very same day! Could not ask for better customer service from all the friendly people at Good Wheels from the beginning of the purchase all the way to the end. I had never heard of Good Wheels until I needed help buying a car. Due to unforeseen circumstances in my past I had to file Chapter 13 almost 3 years ago. I have 2 years left and my lease was up on my van. After attempting to secure financing through multiple dealerships around the Greensburg area proved unsuccessful, my lawyer referred me to your dealership. I was very hesitant because I had never heard of Good Wheels and it was 90 minutes from my home. From the first phone call to Joann,then Kristin, I was immediately at ease because they didn't talk down to me because of my situation...but helped me to solve the problem quickly and comfortably. I looked at the inventory online and chose the car I was interested in. After talking to Kristin and finding out all the information my mother and I drove up to look at it. When I forgot my drivers license and could not purchase or drive the car home Kristin arranged for them to deliver the car to me a few days later. I could not have asked ......or found better service. I would definitely buy my sons car or another car at Good Wheels when I need to in the future...

My name is Andrew, I have three kids and needed a family sized vehicle but I don't have good enough credit to get financed anywhere I've tried to buy a car. My wife totaled our sedan and we needed a vehicle quick. So my friend mike told me to try Good Wheels. He said they financed his bad credit, worked with him on the down payment, and were quick and friendly too. So I called them the day after the accident and gave them my information, I was approved over the phone. We left the next morning and by 4 o'clock that afternoon I was driving my new town and country off their lot.
I would highly recommend buying from Good Wheels to anyone who needs financing fast and has been turned down before, for that matter, I would refer anyone at all just because of the speed of service, the friendly staff, and the sense that the folks at Good Wheels really do care about your situation and do whatever they can to get you into a vehicle.
